Construction of the whole complex, given its size and importance, will take several years. The project, which has the town’s full support, is now in the document processing stage for the zoning regulations. Thereafter a building permit request will be submitted. The construction should take place in phases from 2013 to 2020.
The BCD Group acquired the property in 2007.
Change of the regional plan occurred in the year 2009.
Afterwards the BCD Group worked on amending and specifying the documentation according to requirements of the town.
A regional study with regulation features for area development was authorized by the town council in 2011.
Currently the BCD Group processing documentation for the zoning regulation, which is expected to be finished by the end of 2012.
After issuing of the zoning regulation, it will be possible to request a building permit and then commence with construction of the first units.
